By accessing or using the Lumic mobile application, website, or related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are operated by Lumic Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Lumic", "we").

You must be capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or networks;
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the Services without permission;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
• Misrepresent affiliation with Lumic or transmit malware.

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, software, and compilation of content, are owned by Lumic or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

News summaries may reference or link to third-party publications. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Trademarks and names belong to their respective owners.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹100, except where limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumic from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms or risk to security or users. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.
